Editing the Properties of a Filter

1. In your DLP project, choose the J2EE Components tab.
2. You can choose a filter from the tree and view and modify its properties.
3. Modify the name in the Filter Namefield.
4. Modify the fully qualified class name in the Filter Class field.
5. Modify the initial parameters, mappings parameters and the additional options for the filter.
6. Save your entries.

Setting Initial Parameters

1. Modify the name of the parameter in the Parameter Name field.
2. Modify the value off the parameter in the Parameter Value field. Each parameter can have only one value.
   Note

   Parameters are name-value pairs.

3. Enter a descriptive text in the Description field.
4. Use the Add, Modify and Remove buttons to add a new parameter, modify an existing parameter or remove a parameter from the Parameters list.
5. Use the Clear button to clear the entries in the fields.

Setting Mappings Parameters

1. Select a mapping type from the Mapping Type combo box. You can choose from:
   • Servlet
   • URL Pattern
2. Specify the name of the servlet if you have chosen the first option, or the name of the URL pattern if you have chosen the second option.
