You can configure the time series screen and adapt it to your specific needs under Configure Layout.

Features

You can make the following settings (among others) under Configure Layout and save them under the combination of the layout name and your user ID:

  • Time series, demand influencing factors (DIFs), and additional information

  • Colors (and symbols) for chart and table displays

  • Display of data in table and/or chart form and selection of the chart data for the initial display

  • For DIFs with value: Selection between displaying only as symbol or with specification of value as well

    Note Note

    The values of DIFs are valid for the validity period of the DIF and are not necessary available as current values. Therefore, the value displayed under day granularity may be incorrect.

  • Granularity (day or week) and period of the display

  • Number of decimal places, format, and units of measure

  • Valid layout for distribution centers and stores

  • Select highlighted areas:

    The system highlights the area beneath the stock projection. This lets gives you a quick, efficient overview of the range of coverage of your stocks. The following meanings (including multiple instances) are possible within an area:

    • Current stock

    • Open goods issues with delivery dates in the past

    • Open goods issues for order proposals (not transferred to the ordering system yet)

    • Open goods receipts for purchase orders (available in the ordering system)

    • Information within a period that cannot be determined precisely (for example, when ranges of coverage overlap)

    • Zero stock

  • Default layout

    When you call the time series screen, SAP F&R displays this layout automatically.
