Direct Transfer of Order Proposals

You can use this function to transfer order proposals directly to the purchasing system. This is necessary, for example, if you require goods and you can only order them by way of a different transportation chain to the intended one.

Integration

For the transfer, the system uses the same standard interface as for mass transfer.

Prerequisites

An order proposal must be released for you to transfer it directly to the purchasing system.
No lock may be set for the order proposal(s) that you wish to transfer directly.

If lock type Change or Transfer is set, the system does not transfer the order proposal.

Activities

You can select the order proposals for transfer in the navigation tree of the worklist, using the source and target locations, and then release them directly.
