The following IT process is incorporated in the Enterprise Portal (EP) usage type:
The required communication partners are selected from the contacts list on the Collaboration Launch Pad or using the search function and then added to the contacts list.
If the search function returns several similar user names, users can use the profile information to check the identity of each user. Users can display the detailed data (mouse-click on the user name) to see the information in the user profile, for example, position, location, building, room number, telephone number, and line manager.
The user has found and uniquely identified the user names of the required communication partners.
