You use this function, among other things, to exchange data with the F&R Processor. Time series management provides the time series that the F&R Processor retrieves for a defined period of time.

Time series management is a logical database that is generated for the runtime and then remains available in SAP F&R. Information relating to time series is stored and managed here.

Integration

  • You import the time series for goods issues and sales figures into SAP F&R.

  • You obtain the time series for forecasted sales in stores and goods issues in distribution centers from the automatic replenishment calculation.

Activities

You can display time series the Time Series screen of the Replenishment Workbench, Product Workbench, or Cause Determination (as well as the DIF Calendar in the DIF Workbench). You go to the detailed view of the order proposal. To do so, choose an order proposal number in the menu tree on the initial screen of the Replenishment Workbench. SAP F&R then shows you the details of the order proposal and the time series belonging to the order proposal in an area on the right hand side of the screen.

You have the following options:

  • Configure the time series window with the quick info Configuration Dialog to select the time series and further information to be displayed.

  • Choose the icon with the quick info Switch Display and set the time period and the required granularity (day, week).

  • To display the time series graphically, choose the icon with the quick info Display Graphic for the different time series.

To process order proposals, on the SAP Easy Access screen choose:
