The documentation in an audit structure provides information about how to carry out an
audit or background information on the system or the policies of the organization necessary
to perform the audit.
Prerequisites
You have logged on with a user, which has been assigned a role with the
authorizations required for the audit menu including the check number.
Procedure
- Start Audit Information System (transaction
SAIS).
- Enter a structure.
- Enter a check number.
If the check number does not exist in the system when you execute the
transaction, the application prompts you to confirm the creation of a new
audit for this structure.
- Choose
(Execute).
The audit cockpit for your audit structure opens.
- Navigate the audit structure to a document.
Documents use the
icon.
- Double-click the menu entry for the document.
The audit cockpit displays the document in the display panel of the
screen.
