The Replenishment Workbench for Stores supports you in the task of replenishing stores decentrally. This function is used by store managers and replenishment specialists in stores. You can structure your workflow efficiently and individually using the flexible display variants in the Replenishment Workbench for Stores.
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose to assign a store and a range of use to the store manager.
This is a Web-based component, which means you can exchange information over the Internet.
On the initial screen of the Replenishment Workbench, you can choose different screens for thematic processing from the selection menu.
Note
The selection menu is on the right-hand side of the screen above the product list.
You can choose the following functions to support you in your workflow:
Order proposals
The display of order proposals is the standard setting in the Replenishment Workbench. You use this user interface to process order proposals or assortments (for example, vendor subranges, shelves, or merchandise categories).
Store Exceptions
You use this user interface to process store exceptions. Store exceptions refer to location products that are not relevant for order proposals.
User Administration
This function is delivered together with the J2EE Engine and is technically independent of the Replenishment Workbench. You create users for your employees in user administration.
Responsibility Management
Assign the user roles and authorizations to your employees.
Note
Only store managers can work with this user interface.
Automatically-released order proposals can only be displayed.
You cannot start automatic replenishment from the Replenishment Workbench for Stores.
