Creating FavoritesLocate this document in the navigation structure

In SAP Easy Access, you can create a list of favorites containing:
  • Transactions
  • Files
  • Web addresses
Adding an Item from the SAP Standard Menu or from the User Menu
  • Select an executable item from the user menu or SAP standard menu.
  • Choose Start of the navigation path Favorites Next navigation step Add End of the navigation path. The new item appears at the end of your list.
Adding a Transaction
  • In the menu bar choose Start of the navigation path Favorites Next navigation step Add Transaction End of the navigation path. A dialog box appears.
  • Enter the transaction code, and choose Continue. The new item appears at the end of your list, and is automatically labeled with the transaction name.
Adding a Web Address or a File
  • Choose Start of the navigation path Favorites Next navigation step Add Another Object End of the navigation path. A dialog box appears.
  • Enter the name and Web address or the file name. Then Choose Continue. The file name must have the format: <drive:\><file name>\<file path>.

    Example: C:\Texts\SAP.doc.

    You can use this function only if you can access local files from your Web browser.
Adding Web Dynpro Applications
  • Choose Start of the navigation path Favorites Next navigation step Add Another Object Next navigation step Web Dynpro Application End of the navigation path. A dialog box appears.
  • Enter the name of the Web Dynpro application.
  • Enter a description.
  • If you want to use HTTPS protocol, set the protocol indictor.
  • Choose between browser and SAP GUI starting mode.
  • In the table, you can specify application parameters and assign them values.
  • Choose Continue.

The new item appears at the end of your list, and is automatically labeled with the description you provided.
