Displaying Product Allocations

Use

You can display the current product allocation situation in different variations using the explanation function:

Product allocation display or product allocation overview for each characteristics combination (display of time series for a characteristic values combination)
Product allocation display for each period (display of time series of a period for several characteristic values combinations)

You must specify a product allocation group and a characteristics combination for the variants.

Irrespective of product allocation, the product allocation display shows the product allocation situation in the product allocation group.

Prerequisites

You made the settings for product allocation .

Procedure

On theSAP Easy Accessscreen, choose Global ATP Reporting Product Allocations.

The APO: Display Product Allocation Situation: Initial Screen appears .
Choose a product allocation group and then Enter .
Choose Time Series per Characteristics Combinationor Characteristics Combination per Period.
- Time Series per Characteristics Combination
  - Choose a product allocation object in the Characteristics of Product Allocation Group frame. Other characteristics of this product allocation group are displayed.
  - If you want to display the product allocation overview for each characteristics combination, choose Product Allocation Time Series.
  - If you want to display the product allocation situation, choose Product Allocation Situation.
- Characteristics Combination per Period
  1. If you want to display the product allocation overview for several characteristic values combinations, choose Characteristics Combinations per Period.
  2. Choose a period.
  3. Select the characteristic values combinations.
  4. To display the product allocation overview, choose Display Product Allocations.

Result for Time Series per Characteristics Combination

The characteristics of the product allocation group are displayed in the top frame. In the bottom frame, detailed information about the product allocation situation is displayed.

The following table lists the pushbuttons that you can choose to get detailed results:

Pushbutton	Description
	You can call the product allocation display again.
with the quick info text Orders	You can display the product allocation assignment by orders. Place the cursor in the Incoming Orders Qty field ( Incoming Orders Quantity) and choose the corresponding icon.
with the quick info text Temporary Quantity Assignment	You can hide the temporary quantity assignment.
with the quick info text Temporary Quantity Assignment	You can display the temporary quantity assignment. The temporary quantity assignment is created during the check against product allocations in the sales order. The allocated quantity is reserved using the temporary assignment for the relevant sales order until the sales order has been saved.
Parameters	You can display the general product allocation parameters.
with the quick info text Current Period	You can display the current period.
Collective product allocation	You can search for a collective product allocation.

Result for characteristics combinations per period

The start and end dates of the selected period are displayed in the upper part of the screen. You can use pushbuttons to scroll one period forward or back.

The product allocation situation displays all characteristics combinations matching your selection for which there are time series in the selected period. You see different columns for the characteristics, depending on the definition of the product allocation group.

The following table lists the pushbuttons that you can choose to get detailed results:

with the quick info text Temporary Quantity Assignment	You can hide the temporary quantity assignment.
with the quick info text Temporary Quantity Assignment	You can display the temporary quantity assignment. The temporary quantity assignment is created during the check against product allocations in the sales order. The allocated quantity is reserved using the temporary assignment for the relevant sales order until the sales order has been saved.
Parameters	You can display the general product allocation parameters.
with the quick info text Display Planning Object Number and Status	You can display technical parameters.
with the quick info text Hide Planning Object Number and Status	You can hide technical parameters.
with the quick info text All Characteristics	You can add time series of inactive and neutral characteristic values combinations.
with the quick info text Only Active Characteristics	You can remove time series of inactive and neutral characteristic values combinations.
with the quick info text Display Characteristics Combination without Time Series	You can display characteristic values combinations without time series. Characteristics combinations with time series in a different period are not displayed.
with the quick info text Hide Characteristics Combination without Time Series	You can hide characteristic values combinations without time series.
