Inbound Interface for Unit of Measure Groups

You use this interface to import unit of measure groups into SAP F&R. The system uses the unit of measure groups in order quantity optimization.

You can hold products in different units of measure and also group units of measure. SAP F&R considers the order units of the unit of measure group during rounding or when creating order proposals. Unit of measure groups are assigned to supply networks. You can import this assignment using this interface or you can assign the unit of measure groups manually in mass processing of transportation lanes for products.
You can use a Business Add-In (FRE/IF_CON_BADI_019) to enrich and change the imported unit of measure group data. You use this interface to define, modify, and delete unit of measure groups in SAP F&R. You can import the following information:

The integrated sending system starts the transfer and calls appropriate function module for the interface in SAP F&R. For more information, see the Overview of the Interfaces in SAP F&R.
You then post the data in SAP F&R.
