The following IT process is incorporated in the Enterprise Portal (EP) usage type:
The meeting is held on the telephone, whereby the meeting lead presents the problem to be solved on the screen of his or her desktop PC.
To be able to track the necessary steps, the meeting lead creates tasks and assigns them to the users that are participating in the online meeting.
If necessary, collaboration over a longer period of time is necessary to solve the business issue. In this case, the meeting lead can create a virtual room with all the required information and manage the necessary tasks there (see the Collaboration in Virtual Rooms scenario variant).
The business issue was discussed in the online meeting and tasks were defined. Users can display the status achieved at any time in task management.
