Setting the Editing Status for Multiple Notes at the Same TimeLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You can select multiple SAP Notes in the Note Assistant and set them in various editing statuses.

Procedure

  1. On the start screen of the Note Assistant, select multiple Notes with the status New or In Process by selecting the Select/Deselect (F9) pushbutton.

    You can also start this function using the menu entry Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Select Nodes +/- End of the navigation path.

  2. To set all selected Notes in editing status, choose the menu entry Start of the navigation path Note Next navigation step Set Editing Status (Ctrl + F3) End of the navigation path.

    You reach the Setting the Editing Status for SAP Notes dialog box.

  3. Select an editing status and confirm with Continue.

Note

You can only use the multiple selection for the editing status. If you want to execute other actions with a Note, such as implementing a Note, you get the error message Select One Note Only.
