Activating the HTTP Destination You Created for Different Clients (Step 5)

Note Note

This step is client-specific. This means that it has to be carried out in every client from which archiving is intended.

End of the note.

You must activate the HTTP destination for the XML DAS to be able to store archive files as well as the references to the corresponding documents stored using ArchiveLink. You activate the HTTP destination with the following steps:

  1. In Archive Administration (transaction SARA) choose Customizing.

You do not have to enter an archiving object first.

  2. Under Cross-Archiving-Object Customizing choose Technical Settings.

  3. Under HTTP Connection to XML DAS for WebDAV Storage enter the destination you created in Step 4. You can use the field input help for filling in the field.
