Revaluate 

Use

You are able to revaluate several existing entries simultaneously; the restrictions are the same as those that apply for manual data entry. Use the selection list for the Revaluate function:

...

       1.      Initially, the selection list is always empty. Enter the required revaluation amount either as a simple decimal number (+/-) or as a percent (+/-) and confirm your entry by pressing enter. Your entry is transferred to the selection list. You can make as many entries as required in this way.

       2.      Select a cell or a cell area.

       3.      Select the appropriate revaluation amount from the selection list and execute the Revaluate function. Each individual value within the highlighted cell area is increased or reduced by the revaluate amount.

The Revaluate function does not affect:

·        locked cells

·        cells that lie outside the SAP data area.
