You have the option of specifying a person responsible for a specific update maintenance.

You can sort the rules that control the calculation of key figure for routines. It makes sense to do this, for example, if the result of a routine is to be used for additional routines.

The key figures are calculated together with the particular characteristics that you entered in the list sequence.

You can sort rules by selecting one or more rules with the mouse, and then clicking with the left mouse button on a key figure. You can insert the selected rule, or rules, into the rows by choosing Sort.

By using Check Rules, you can check whether you have correctly created a rule that belongs to an update rule. If errors are determined during the check procedure, you receive an error message with a marker for the particular maintenance dialog.

By using Check, you can activate a check procedure for all rules belonging to an update rule. A status display with traffic light function follows.
