You work in sales and are analyzing the monthly sales report with the current data that you have received as an online link by e-mail. You notice unusual sales figures and want to send the report in exactly this navigational state to colleagues in order to let them know about the issue.
1. In the context menu of the Web application, choose Distribute and Export → Broadcast E-mail. The broadcasting wizard opens.
2. Choose MHTML as the output format.
3. Choose Continue.
4. Enter the e-mail addresses of your colleagues separated with a semicolon.
5. Enter a subject line and the required text and determine the importance of the e-mail (high, for example).
6. Choose Execute.
The recipients you specified receive the sales report in the required navigational state, information on how up-to-date the data was when it was sent, and the text you created.
For example, when you want to distribute the initial navigational state of the Web application instead of the navigational state you created, you have to jump to the BEx Broadcaster in step 2 of the broadcasting wizard after entering the subject line, importance and text. On the General Precalculation tab page, choose Delete Navigational State and then Execute.
