Documents for Content Objects 

You can create information for the content objects using the functions for document management in BI and can then deliver it with the objects.

The versioning concept ensures that no information is lost in the customer system when the partner makes repeated deliveries: If the partner delivers a new version of a document that a customer has changed on their end, the customer document is not overwritten. Instead, a new version (with its own PHIO) is delivered. The last changed version is always displayed in the customer system.

You can create only one document for an object. Mark this on tab page Logical Document Properties as online documentation. You can link the documents to the generated documentation in place and translate the documents manually.
