You want to display the two products with the least revenue and the two products with the most revenue.

Define the following condition:

       1.      When you define the condition, choose All Characteristics in Drilldown Independent under Characteristic Assignment.

       2.      Enter the following condition rows:

       Choose the key figure Net Revenue, the operator Top N, and enter 2 as the value.

       Choose the key figure Net Revenue, the operator Bottom N, and enter 2 as the value.

The query now displays the two products with the most revenue and the two with the least:

Rule 3: Linking Multiple Condition Rows

The individual components of a condition, the condition rows are logically linked with OR. A characteristic value is displayed if it fulfills at least one of the condition rows.

In this case, you can see the union of the two condition lines, the two products with the greatest revenue and the two with the lowest revenue.
