Closing Requests in the Monitor for Real-Time Data Acquisition 

Use

With real-time data acquisition, the requests (PSA requests, DTP requests and activation requests) remain open across several load processes. The requests are closed when the threshold values set in the InfoPackage are reached. The system opens new requests and data transfer is continued using the new requests. In the monitor for real-time data acquisition, you can close PSA and DTP requests manually.

If errors occur, you can close an open request manually, correct the error and then restart data transfer.

Prerequisites

The daemon has the status inactive () or incorrect ().

Procedure

In the context menu of the PSA or DTP request, choose Close Request.

Result

The selected request and any activation requests close.
