Use

The format catalog provides an overview of the formats used in the report. Both standard formats and user-defined formats are displayed. You can transfer the formats to report elements (rows or cells) using drag and drop.

You can create your own specific formats by changing the standard formats. For example, you create a specific format when you change the font size of a cell.
