Functions in the View Menu

This chapter provides an overview of the functions provided in the Report Designer menu bar under View.

The View menu contains the following functions:

Menu Option	Description
Report Structure	You use this function to show or hide the Report Structure screen area.
Field Catalog	You use this function to show or hide the Field Catalog screen area.
Properties	You use this function to show or hide the Properties screen area.
Format Catalog	You use this function to show or hide the Format Catalog screen area.
Group Level	You use this function to show or hide the display of group levels in the Design area.
Ruler	You use this function to show or hide the ruler in the Design area. In the context menu, you can select Points, Pixels, Centimeters or Inches as the unit of measure for the page format.
