Testing and Deploying Visual Composer Applications 

Purpose

Steps of this process include testing the model in portal runtime, fixing problems that arise back in Storyboard, testing again in portal and so on until the application is ready for deployment.

Prerequisites

You have completed modeling your application in Visual Composer Storyboard.

Process Steps

The steps of this process include:

·        Checking the model for errors in Visual Composer.

·        Deploying the model to from Visual Composer to portal, to the selected technology environment.

·        Running the application in the portal to ensure that it functions properly, and to note any possible faults that need correction.

·        Returning to Visual Composer to fix any problems that arose during runtime.

·        Repeating the testing/fixing process.

·        Deploying the final, functional model to the portal.

·        Adding the application to portal roles and pages.
