 Completing the Product Master Records

Use

After transferring the iPPE data, you have to complete the product master records created in APO for the products to be planned as not all the necessary settings are transported from the material master records in the DI System.

Procedure

  1. In the product master record, in tab page PP/DS , in the Plan explosion field, enter indicator 3 ( Single explosion ) or 4 ( Matrix explosion ).

  2. In the Demand tab page, check whether a Proposed strategy was transferred from the DI System. If none was transferred, enter strategy 20 , for example.

  3. In the Demand tab page, in the Pegging section enter the value 100.000:00 in the field Maximum lateness of a receipt .
