Displaying and Editing Planned Orders After the selection, a screen appears displaying the selected planned orders. Using this list you can edit the individual orders.

The selected planned orders are displayed in tabular form in the Order Overview . Using the order overview, you can display further information and execute processing functions in the detail area.
The detail area contains a header line and different tab pages.
This header line is in the form of a table (a
ALV Grid Control
). The
Order
,
Product
and
Product Description
columns are displayed as default. You can also display further standard fields and customer specific fields when required, as well as change the sequence of the columns. You determine the appearance of the header line using the layout. To change the layout, click the right mouse button within the table. A context menu appears with the functions

Manage Layout
.

Underneath the header line various tab pages are displayed. One detail screen is assigned to each tab page.
Note
The selected detail profile determines which detail screens are displayed on the tab pages in the detail area. You can select the detail profile in the
User Settings.
Standard detail profiles are available. It is not necessary, to make settings for the detail profile in Customizing.
SAP provides the following standard detail screens :
Matrix Activities (only suitable for matrix orders).
The following proportions are set as default:
After the selection of planned orders, a screen appears with the order overview displayed as a full screen.
If you select the detail display for a planned order, the order overview and the detail area are displayed in 50:50 proportions.
You can change the standard settings in the
User Settings.
You can also change the size of the screen areas dynamically.
To display the order overview as a full screen, choose
Order Overview.
To display the detail area as a full screen, choose
Detail Area.
To display the order overview and detail area in the proportions stored in the user settings, choose
User-Defined
.
When you click on the
icon, a dialog box appears for entering the user settings.
You can assign the following profiles:
Detail profile (Refer to Preparatory Measures )
Heuristic profile (Refer to Mass Processing )
Alert Profile (Refer to Alerts )
You can set the screen area proportions as default:
How should the screen areas be displayed on accessing the transaction?
How should the screen areas be displayed, when you select the details for an order for the first time, or if you change the proportions of the order overview for the detail area by using
User-Defined
?
The user settings can be:
transferred for the current session
saved, so that they are the default for future sessions
