 Order Details

Use

Order data is displayed for the selected planned orders.

Prerequisites

To display order details in the detail area, use a detail profile, which is assigned either to the detail screen ORD_DET or the detail screen ORD_DET2. For more information, see Preparatory Measures . You select the detail profile in the User Settings.

Features

Within planned order management , order data is found on the Order Details tab page.

Note Note

According to which detail screen is assigned in the detail profile, the information will either be displayed as a SAP List Viewer (ALV) table (detail screen ORD_DET2 ), or as a screen with different screen areas and fields (detail screen ORD_DET). The advantage of detail screen ORD_DET2, is that you can adapt the list to suit you own needs, with the help of layouts.

The following information is displayed on both detailed screens in the standard system:

  • Dates

  • Quantities

  • Order Status

  • Information for the ATP check

  • Master Data

You cannot change order data.

Note Note

To change a planned order, choose Edit Order (usually using the right mouse button) in the order overview in the context menu for the planned order. The transaction /N/SAPAPO/RRP2 appears, used to display and edit planned orders.

Activities

  1. For more information about a planned order, select the planned order in the Order Overview and choose .

    The system transfers the planned order to the detail area.

  2. In the detail area, choose the Order Details tab page.
