 Customizing Settings for the Enhanced Editor

In order to show the Dependencies tab page in constraint processing and the Enhanced Dependency Editor , you must make certain settings in Customizing for integrated Product and Process Engineering . Additionally, you can also define the customer syntax operators in iPPE Customizing. Ein Wechsel in die SAP-Syntax ist im Register Beziehungswissen dennoch möglich.

Integration

The Customizing settings described here also have an effect on the characteristic filter in planned order management or in the RPM Evaluation where you can also access this editor.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP SCM Implementation Guide, choose Start of the navigation path Cross-Application Components Next navigation step Integrated Product and Process Engineering Next navigation step General Settings Next navigation step Enhanced Dependency Editor End of the navigation path .

  2. In the IMG activity Activate Enhanced Dependency Editor , set the Activate Editor indicator.

  3. Choose the IMG activity Create Scheme for the Enhanced Dependency Editor . Create a new scheme by copying the scheme S_GEN_CUS that is provided for working with customer syntax.

  4. In your newly created scheme, enter your own customer-specific Operators , if necessary, and remove the Information indicator.

  5. Choose the IMG activity Assign Scheme . The scheme S_GEN_CUS has already been assigned to the Other Objects field. Delete this scheme and enter your newly created scheme instead.
