Refresh Transfer to Update Project Order/Network Data You can execute postprocessing (error handling) of the core interface (CIF) in SAP APO to display the incorrect transmissions of networks, and to retry a transmission that has failed.

This section describes only the aspects that differ from those during the initial data transfer. You should read this section together with Initial Data Transfer for Project Orders/Networks .
In error handling in SAP APO, you can select networks that were not transferred correctly or not transferred at all from SAP R/3 to SAP APO. These are then transferred again from SAP R/3 to SAP APO and updated in the
live
Cache.
In the delta report, you can also trigger an update of a network with update to the
live
Cache.
In Customizing for update counters, you can also define that a network that is transferred from SAP APO to SAP R/3 with an old status is immediately transferred back to SAP APO. This ensures that both systems have networks with the same status. For more information, see Cross-System Update Logic .
The following data is collected in SAP R/3 and passed to SAP APO:
SAP R/3 reads all of the selected network headers from the database by using the network number:
Networks with the status ‘deleted’, ‘deletion flag’, ‘technically completed’, and ‘completed’ are transferred to SAP APO and deleted in SAP APO.
Networks without activities are transferred to SAP APO and deleted in SAP APO.
Networks not contained in an active integration model are not transferred.
BAdIs in SAP R/3 and SAP APO enable you to control the transfer of the maintenance order data. For more information, see Enhancements for the Integration of Project Orders/Networks .
The following settings are required to transfer networks to SAP APO:
An RFC connection exists between SAP R/3 and SAP APO
The relevant master data and transaction data is integrated with SAP APO
An active integration model exists for networks
