Horizon used by deployment to calculate the quantity that is available for distribution to demand locations (Available-to-Deploy quantity, ATD quantity). It restricts the quantity available within the push deployment horizon.
During the SNP checking horizon, deployment calculates the ATD quantity for a bucket (time period) by adding the ATD receipts of the current bucket and the previous buckets and subtracting all ATD issues within the SNP checking horizon.
