Check: Interface Monitoring 

Use

Specify interfaces.

Prerequisites

You have created monitor objects for the interfaces.

Procedure

...

       1.      Select the Interface Monitoring check.

       2.      Indicate which interfaces you want to monitor.

       3.      Correct the interface technology, if necessary.

       4.      Save.

The system creates further subchecks.

       5.      Choose a check for an Interface <nn>.

       6.      Choose Reload CCMS: <nn>, to load the monitor objects from CCMS into the session.

       7.      Save.

       8.      Choose the subcheck Alert Monitor.

       9.      Specify the threshold values of the monitor objects.

   10.      Save.
