Use
This workbook contains three queries that display information on the target and actual costs incurred in different periods. For more information on these queries, refer to the documentation for the individual queries.

When you refresh a workbook in the BexAnalyzer, make sure the cursor is not positioned on a query. If the cursor is positioned on a query, only that query is refreshed.
