Deleting an Index 

Use

You can delete indexes in the Index Landscape window in the context menu with the function Delete Index.

Only use this function in the following cases:

●        You have created an index with the TREX admin tool and now want to delete it.

●        Application-side errors have occurred that SAP Support has told you can only be solved by deleting the index on TREX side

The application that is connected to TREX receives no information on this deletion. This can lead to inconsistencies between the application and TREX.
