Many options (for example, deleting table entries, changing field content, copying table entries to a task) require that you first select the table entries that you want to work on:

Click the required table entry.

  1. Position the cursor on the table entry at the start of the block.
  2. Choose Edit ® Select ® Select block
  3. Position the cursor on the table entry at the end of the block.
  4. Choose Edit ® Select ® Select block

The required block is selected.

Choose Edit ® Select ® Select all

All table entries are selected.
