stop scheduling agreement release (SCM-APO-CPR)

Collaborative Procurement (SCM-APO-CPR)

Procedure in which criteria specified in the release creation profile determine whether operative and/or forecast/planning delivery schedules are stopped during the process of creating scheduling agreement releases.

A scheduling agreement (SA) release can be (dynamically) stopped if it differs from the last SA release to such an extent that the tolerance check identifies a major change in the delivery schedule situation outside the accepted tolerances.

Stopped SA releases are prohibited from being transmitted to the vendor. A message record is not generated for such SA releases until they are themselves released (cleared for issue).
