Use

The booking record (Passenger Name Record Locator - PNR) is a key under which the reservation for a trip is stored in the system.

The PNR contains, among other data, the name, flight segments and address of the passenger. It is defined by a combination of five or six letters and numbers. The PNR can also contain additional information regarding the passenger or special service requests.
