Get Service Plan from SAP

Use

You want to get the service plan provided by SAP.

Prerequisites

You have sent your current solution data to SAP.

Procedure

       1.      Choose the transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER.

       2.      Choose Delivery of SAP Services ® Service Plan in the Operations area.

       3.      Choose Get Current Service Plan from SAP.

 

You can also schedule the background job RDSWPCISERVICEPLAN. This is set to daily by default.

The service plan appears in your service list.

Result

You have got the current SAP service plan and can see the services Services in Cooperation with SAP under Delivery of SAP Services ® Service Plan.
