Procedure documentation Displaying Workflows for an Object  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can call an overview of running or executed workflow, for which an object is or was involved. You can search in the database or in archives.

Procedure

Displaying workflows saved in the database

  1. In the Toolbox of the object services, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. Choose Workflow overview.

Displaying workflows stored in archives

  1. In the Toolbox of the object services, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. Choose Archived workflows.

    3. The selection screen of the search program is displayed, in which the object type and the key of the object and also the current logical system (SAP System and client) are already entered.

  3. If necessary, change the selection parameters (for example, the logical system or date, to which the workflow has been archived).
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

If the SAP archive info system is connected, the archives available are searched immediately. Otherwise you must still explicitly select the archive that is to be searched for workflows.

Result

You receive an overview of the workflows, for which the current object was involved.
