Use

You can sort the log records that are displayed in the table in the pane on the right.

Note

If you want to sort the log records by more than one column, first you have to sort the table by the least important column and then you have to sort the table by the most important column.

Procedure

...

       1.      In the pane on the right, in the table with log records, double-click the column by which you want to sort the log records.

A dialog box appears. You are informed that only log records that are currently displayed will be sorted. While the sorting mode is on, no new log records will be displayed.

       2.      Choose Ok.

The log records are sorted by the column that you have selected.

       3.      If you want to sort the log records by another column, double-click the column you want.

The log records are sorted by the column that you have just selected, and then by the column that you have selected before.

       4.      To turn off the sorting mode, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Turn off Sorting.

       5.      To display the latest log records, use the refresh function.
