Standby Database Solutions for DB2 UDB on iSeries 

Use

The DB2 database on the iSeries hardware platform can be protected against failure using high availability middleware products provided by the IBM business partners Lakeview Technology, Vision Solutions, and Data Mirror Corporation. These products provide data replication and management between iSeries servers. More recently, they also provide middleware for cluster management.
