Working in the Graphical Display

Use

You process open tasks from the graphical display.

Prerequisites

You have created a solution landscape.

You have set up the RFC connections between the SAP Solution Manager and the satellite systems in your solution landscape.

Procedure

       1.      Start the transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER.

¡        Choose SAP Technology ®Administration in the Operations area.

       2.      Choose the Solution Graphic tab.

The Solution Graphic tab displays a graphical overview of the system groups in your solution landscape, classified into system groups, servers and instances.

If there are open tasks for a system, the system displays the associated icon.

       3.      Choose the open tasks icon.

You go to the list of open tasks.

       4.      Choose a task for processing.

The system goes to change mode of the session in the appropriate task.

       5.      Edit open tasks.

       6.      Save your entries.

Result

The task is removed from the task list in the graphical display, when it has been confirmed.
