The promotion planning workspace has a toolbar with icons representing different functions.

Choose between:

·         A view (Promotion data) in which you enter the promotion amount or quantity.

·         A view (Plan Data) in which you compare the baseline forecast with the promotion forecast, and see the promotion forecast as a percentage of the baseline forecast.

·         A view (Analyze History) in which you can analyze the impact of promotions on past sales. See also: Using Promotion Patterns Derived from Historical Data.

Navigate between promotions

Save current table settings (for example, column width) so that they are retained for the next planning session

Show/hide the tabstrips with the administrative data for the promotion

Remove the selected characteristic values from the promotion definition (this change is not valid until you save the promotion). Not available for active promotions.

Remove All Objects

Remove all the characteristics and characteristic values that have been assigned to the promotion. Not available for active promotions.
