You can import search customization to overwrite your current UDO and UDF configuration.

You should import the UDO and UDF configuration that was exported from the same company. If the UDOs and UDFs in your current company cannot match those in the search customization that you want to import, the import will fail.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA client application, on the left side of the Search box, click the icon and select the Search Data radio button.

    The Settings button appears next to the Search by Template button.

  2. Choose the Settings button, and choose Import Search Customization.

  3. [Optional] If you have not exported your current configuration, in the Import Search Customization window, choose the Export button and export your current configuration first.

  4. In the Import Search Customization window, choose the Continue button.

  5. Choose the configuration file that you want to import.

  6. After the upload, select the way you would like to proceed when there are errors during deployment, and choose the Continue button.

  7. After the deployment, in the Import Search Customization window, choose the Done button.
