You can copy the “reduce by %” information for the UoM prices. The information is copied from a UoM item in one price list to any other UoM items in any other price lists that you require.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Inventory Next navigation step Price Lists Next navigation step Price Lists End of the navigation path.

  2. In the Price Lists window, in the upper left area, select the Update Entire Price List radio button.

  3. Double-click the price list line whose [Price Lists Name] window you want to open.

  4. In the [Price Lists Name] window, double-click the item line whose [Price Lists Name] - UoM Prices window you want to open.

  5. In the [Price Lists Name] - UoM Prices window, choose the Copy Reduce By button.

  6. In the Copy UoM Reduce By - Selection Criteria window, specify the selection criterion, then do one of the following:

    • To update the price lists, choose the Update button to update the price lists in the database.

    • To preview the changes before updating the price lists:

      1. Choose the Preview button to open the Updated Price Lists with Reduce By - Preview window, and view the changes in the window.

      2. Choose the Execute button in the Updated Price Lists with Reduce By - Preview window to update the price lists in the database.
