  • Access a document or a transaction

  • Manage an approval process

  • Search for or filter certain records

Procedure

This error may have several possible reasons. Usually it occurs because the results are restricted by different function settings. You can check the following:

  • Settings defined in the Document Numbering window

  • Permission to the windows or transactions defined in the Authorizations window

  • Authorizations defined in the Data Ownership Authorizations window

  • Owners defined in the Data Ownership Sharing Options window
