Use the Bar Codes window to define bar codes for your items. Multiple bar codes are allowed for each single UoM of an item.

Note Note

SAP Business One also supports multiple bar codes for the single “Manual” UoM when the UoM group of an item is Manual.

To access this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Inventory Next navigation step Bar Codes End of the navigation path.

Bar Codes Fields
UoM

Displays all the UoMs in the UoM group of the item.

The inventory UoM is shown in bold and selected by default.

Note Note

If the UoM group of this item is Manual, SAP Business One displays only the UoM called “Manual” in this field.

Enter bar codes and descriptions for the UoM you select in the UoM field.
