Publishing a Cockpit Template
After you create a cockpit, you can publish it as a template to make it available for general company use.
Prerequisites
You have been assigned with the correct user authorization for creating and maintaining cockpits.
Procedure
To publish a user-created cockpit, do one of the following:
From the SAP Business One menu bar, choose
Tools
Cockpit
Cockpit Management
.From the SAP Business One toolbar, choose
(Cockpit Management
) .
The
Cockpit Management – Setup
window appears.In the
Cockpit Management – Setup
window, select the cockpit you want to publish and choose thePublish
button.The system automatically specifies the following fields for your cockpit:
Publication Date
Publication Time
Published By
