Use the Search Template Manager window to rename or delete search templates in batches.

Alternatively, use the Search Template window to delete the search template or save the template as a new name. For more information about the Search Template window, see Creating Search Templates.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA client application, to the left of the Search box, click the icon and select the Search Data radio button.

    The settings button appears next to the Search by Template button.

  2. Choose the Settings button.

  3. From the dropdown list, choose Search Template Manager.

  4. In the Search Template Manager window, hover your mouse over the template that you want to rename or delete, click the triangle button and make your changes. To rename the template, you can click the template and enter the new name.

  5. To save the changes, choose the Apply button.
