Procedure

As a sales person, you received a sales order of 100 for item I001 from customer C001. You want to see if there is enough quantity available to deliver on 2012.08.22. You proceed as follows:

  1. In the SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA toolbar, choose Available to Promise Check (Available to Promise Check).

    The ATP Check window appears.

  2. In the Item field, enter I001, and choose the item. You can see that on 2012.08.22, there are 300 items available.

  3. As there are enough items on 2012.08.22, you create the sales order and deliver the items.
