 Adding Price Lists

Procedure

Adding New Price Lists

  1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Inventory Next navigation step Price Lists Next navigation step Price Lists End of the navigation path.

    The Price Lists window appears.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • In the Price Lists window, right-click and choose Add Row.

    • In the menu bar, choose Start of the navigation path Data Next navigation step Add Row End of the navigation path.

    A new active row is added to the end of the list of price lists.

  3. In the Price List Name column, enter a name for the new price list and choose the Update button.

  4. After performing one of the procedures below, in the Price Lists window, choose the OK button.

Updating a New Dependent Price List

If the new price list is a dependent price list, in the Base Price List column, select the base price list, and in the Factor column, enter the required factor.

Updating a New Base (Independent) Price List

If the new price list is a base (independent) price list:

  1. In the Base Price List column, select the new price list.

  2. In the Factor column, enter a factor of 1.

    Note Note

    If you enter a factor other than 1, the prices in the price list are multiplied by that factor. After you save the changes, in the Price Lists window, in the Factor column, the value again appears as 1, since the price list is based on itself.

  3. Choose the Update button.
