Use this window to enter selection criteria to determine how the Pick and Pack Manager window displays sales orders, A/R reserve invoices, production orders, inventory transfer requests, or pick lists.

To open this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Inventory Next navigation step Pick and Pack Next navigation step Pick and Pack Manager End of the navigation path.

Status

Select the status in which the Pick and Pack Manager window opens. This selection determines which fields are displayed in the pick list.

Group By/View
  • Group By is displayed when Open is selected in the Status field.

    • None – The rows in the Pick and Pack Manager are not grouped.

    • Document – The rows in the Pick and Pack Manager are grouped by the creating documents.

    If Group By Document is selected, the Warehouses table does not appear in the window.

  • View is displayed when Released or Picked is selected in the Status field.

    • Detailed - displays the pick list lines

    • Summary - displays one line per pick list

    If Summary is selected, the Warehouses table does not appear in the window.

    Note Note

    The Pick and Pack Manager is displayed in the same view that you select here. However, you can change that view.

Manage

Select the type of documents that you want to manage in the Pick and Pack Manager window.

  • Sales Orders

    You can specify relevant information in filter conditions to filter in the sales orders you want to manage. When you select Sales Orders, the following filter conditions are displayed by default:

    • Sales Order No. From... To ...

    • Posting Date From... To ...

    • Required Date From... To ...

    • Delivery/Due Date From... To ...

    • Customer From... To ...

    • Pick List No. From... To ...

    • Item From... To ...

  • Reserve Invoices

    You can specify relevant information in filter conditions to filter in the A/R reserve invoices you want to manage. When you select Reserve Invoices, the following filter conditions are displayed by default:

    • Reserve Invoice No. From... To ...

    • Posting Date From... To ...

    • Delivery/Due Date From... To ...

    • Customer From... To ...

    • Pick List No. From... To ...

    • Item From... To ...

  • Production Orders

    You can specify relevant information in filter conditions to filter in the production orders you want to manage. When you select Production Orders, the following filter conditions are displayed by default:

    • Production Order No. From... To ...

    • Delivery/Due Date From... To ...

    • Customer From... To ...

    • Pick List No. From... To ...

    • Item From... To ...

  • Inventory Transfer Requests

    You can specify relevant information in filter conditions to filter in the inventory transfer requests you want to manage. When you select Inventory Transfer Requests, the following filter conditions are displayed by default:

    • Inventory Transfer Request No. From... To ...

    • Posting Date From... To ...

    • Delivery/Due Date From... To ...

    • Business Partner From... To ...

    • Pick List No. From... To ...

    • Item From... To ...

Note Note

If you have selected more than one document type, a combination of default filter conditions is displayed according to the document types you have selected.

Besides the filter conditions displayed by default, you can select more conditions in the filter rows below.

Sort By

Select to sort the Pick and Pack Manager display by one of the following:

  • If you have selected Open in the Status field, you can sort the Pick and Pack Manager display by:

    • Delivery/Due Date

    • BP Code

    • Document Number

    • BP Priority

  • If you have selected Released or Picked in the Status field, you can sort the Pick and Pack Manager display by:

    • Delivery/Due Date

    • BP Code

    • Document Number

    • Warehouse

    • BP Priority

    • Pick List

In the Warehouses area you can track warehouses according to the location. The Warehouses area is not displayed if you select one of the followings:

  • Open Status Group By Document

  • Released or Picked Status in Summary View

Select the checkbox in the row of a warehouse that you want to include in the Pick and Pack Manager window.
