Use this window to define cycles of inventory counts. These cycles can help you track inventory counts by issuing an alert each time a count is due.

To access this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Administration Next navigation step Setup Next navigation step Inventory Next navigation step Inventory Cycles - Setup End of the navigation path.

Inventory Cycles Setup Fields
Recurrence

Define the frequency of an inventory cycle.

To schedule an inventory cycle for one time, choose the None option.
Repeat Every

Define the exact frequency for an inventory cycle.

This field appears when you select options other than None in the Recurrence field.
Repeat On

Choose a fixed date in a month or a fixed day in a week.

This field appears when you select Monthly or Annually in the Recurrence field.
Start Count Date

Displays the first count date according to the Repeat Every field and the Repeat On field if it appears.

This field is disabled for editing if you choose options other than None in the Recurrence field.
Time

Enter the exact time of the count date.
End

Choose to end a cycle on an exact date or after a certain number of occurrences. By default, no end date is selected.
